Ukrainian festival of humor and satire The Nobel Prize Winner
Venue for the Holiday: Rivne region, Zarichne district, Nobel' villag.
"Godfather" of The Nobel Prize Winner was a writer and a literary critic, a doctor of philology - Gregory Shton’. Resting on the Nobel, he fell in love with the beauty of Polissya’s nature. He appealed to the Rivne region administration and proposed to establish a festival of laughter - a great national festival of humor.
The first Festival The Nobel Prize Winner was held in August 2003.

"For two days - hundreds of cars, some Cossacks games, bowlers, concerts, local bands!.. Celebration! Continuous celebration, which ended with the awarding of prizes."
